Anyone in Yuba City, California who can confirm what is going on at the Walmart there? There are reports of NO MEAT being sold. A friend of mine posted this but she is offline and so can’t confirm anything with her. It may be nothing but it definitely caught my eye.

It’s cute she thinks the managers would tell the hourly stooges anything.
Speaking as someone having worked at Walmart. If your an hourly stooge. Management won’t tell you anything. Even if it’s something you probably should know. They especially won’t say shit if it’s something that might pose a hazard to employees and Customers.
Only way they’ll talk is with a directive from Corporate.
Yep, Whatever is up corporate is already involved. Legal and marketing will work out a statement soon.
Lol, so true!
They're switching to cricket meat this weekend, just a small delay.
Just a little technical difficulty, frens. The meat keeps jumping out of the coolers.
You guys are funny tonight…lol.
LMAO
They really need to hop to it then.
by jiminy, I think you're right
Haha
Lol…
🤮🤢🦗
Yeah, the last thing you want to do to make sure to stop the spread of rumors is to scream about it online in 36 point all caps text, especially to say you have no information other than there is no meat, which started the rumors to begin with.
Lol! Yep! It got my antenna way up.
Just called Yuba W-mart three times. Pushed for deli, rang and rang then hung up on me. Called again, pushed for operator, rang and rang, then hung up on me. Called again and pushed for electronics…got an operator.
Asked her if they had meat. She said they were having a problem with the coolers, they had the meat covered with plastic to keep the cool in and that it was all fixed now.

Hmmm...this happened at Walmart in my little town a few days ago. Coolers out. All coolers empty. Haven't heard if it's fixed.
Why didn’t I think of that?! Thank you!!
You were busy. Just helping out.
You’re wonderful!!
The deli department would not have anything to do with the meat department.
No, but they have eyes.
Yep, it’s called a work around or a back door approach, sometimes the only way to get people to help you. Done that with comcast, Verizon and a few others.
Verizon’s deli sucks.
I don’t know man. They had a mini fridge in a back room with half of a Chipotle burrito in it. It wasn’t too bad.
Kek!
Good to know. Can be hard to find.
Wanna kno the real deal?... ask the guy sweeping the parking lot...
A friends Walmart near Elk Grove had this exact thing happen a few months back, after a week or two everything was fine. If the Marysville/Linda Walmart was also having an issue, then I’d be worried.
I wonder if this has been a wider issue? Another way to impact our food supply? I wouldn’t put it past them.
There is still meat in grocery stores. Shop somewhere else.
