I'll just paraphrase the prayer in Fiddler On The Roof, where the Rabbi is asked if they should pray for the Tsar? His answer, "Of course.... may the Lord bless and keep the Tsar.....far away from us." So just replace Tsar with Biden..... you're welcome.
