Upon that line of reasoning, that UK government has caused anxiety for tens of millions of its citizens.

UK has never had freedom of speech.

If his lawyer has half a brain - he will have a relatively good defense.
Long before Hitler and the Nazis made the swastika their symbol, the little twirling design turned up in all sorts of art.
The swastika was an innocuous ancient design and usually meant as a good luck or fertility symbol. Seen on native American baskets, in weaving, in Chinese porcelain, and lots of other artifacts, it took World War II to brand the swastika as evil.
Highway signs in Arizona decades ago had the symbol on the bottom. http://arizona100.blogspot.com/2010/09/arizona-once-revered-swastika-eighty.html
This whole story screams psyop.
Mkultra doesn't work with people with normal / positive feelings. Happiness, joy, and hope are malware to the program.
The left has always been unstable. Their handlers need them in a state of trauma for the programming to stick. Bombardment of shock, fear, info that doesn't match reality ( mis /dis info ), disturbing imagery, etc are prerequisites.
God and/or the Constitution guarantees no one the right to not have their feelings hurt. The " anxious person " needs to grow a pair or get a coloring book.
No surprise they got their asses kicked by a bunch of farmers with varmint rifles.

Really the main reason he got arrested was. He let his license to offend people lapse. Without a License it’s incredibly illegal.
bongs/tea drinkers are hilarious. Your ancestors clearly were feckless because they didn't rebel and replace the queen with freedom loving citizens. Now you're relegated to being arrested for having a wrong opinion. We aren't that far from that in the United States. They keep moving the bar slowly but I will never grow tired of listening to brits flail about not having any rights when they never had any and never wanted to fight for any.
