So change your ways and raise your vibration. Start living a life of love and selflessness and not a life of fear and selfishness. Learn to meditate, calm your mind, and realize that you are meant to save yourself by embodying a consciousness of unconditional love, like Jesus.
It is the effectual calling from God that causes true change. This is true both from the Bible, and looking at high level physics, the unmoved mover idea.
If I handed you a blank check and told you that you could write any number in the check, and it would cash, and it would not bounce. You would be super excited, right? Or would you spit in my face and go on being homeless (let's just say your homeless in this example). You also are told that your friends can come to me and I'll write them a blank check too.
You would be an idiot not to take the check, and you'd be an a-hole not to tell your friends, and maybe some rando's along the way.
This is similar to those who actually understand the gospel message. God has granted you eternal salvation, this is MORE valuable than a blank check by the wealthiest man in the world (I'm personally not rich, only in that example 😉, just like you're [probably] not homeless [shooting from the hip here]).
People are blind, and they don't know there's someone with that check offering it for free, so they come across others who they assume to be that man, they come across liars, thieves, robbers, swindlers, riff raff, and the like. It's not until they come across God (and trust him after being burned by others) that they understand. Then their eyes are opened and they do what was once done for them, now for others.
The problem with this analogy, like all analogies, is inadequate. It highlights man's actions as the actions that had saved him. As if we could play a part, even the smallest part in our salvation. We are, by nature, creatures of evil. We hate the light and want no part of it. So if you have any measure of interest in God and holiness, that is evidence of God calling you to himself. If he chooses to save you, hallelujah. If not, God is fully just in condemning anyone and everyone. It's not a question of why he saves some and not others, it's a question of why does he save anyone at all. Can the pottery say to the potter, why have you made me like this? To say to God that he is wrong is to sit in judgement over God, therefore replacing God with yourself. In this self-serving mentality, the sin of "no other gods besides me" is violated, thus furthering your own condemnation.
If you desire to see God face to face, and to be in his good pleasure, then you have but one thing to do. Let God soften you heart, let his spirit of truth come into you, and let Jesus be your Lord and Savior, following all his commands.
This does not mean high resonating frequency beliefs, for that is a violation of the 1st commandment, we must cast out every idol, every belief that overrides/is setup alongside God, and if you love God, you will do his will to the best of your inabilities. And WHEN we fail, and we will, we ask him for his forgiveness, which he freely gives to all who call upon his name.
It's terminology Jesus used to explain the spiritual "renewal" of believing in and accepting Jesus Christ as savior.

I agree 100%
It is through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Accepting the fact that you are powerless to save yourself.
So YOUR faith saves YOU?
yes and no.
