When Germany invaded Poland in 1939 there was approximately 160,000 Jews living in Germany, 150,000 of them were serving in the German Army.

There were far more Jews in Germany in 1939 than 160k. Not sure where you found this number.
No, there was not. In 1933 there was about 500,000. By 1935 over 240,000 had emigrated out of Germany. By 1939, estimates range between 160-185,000.
Please explain the 150,000 Jews serving in the German army.
