Note: parts of this make sense, parts I'm like HMMM ERRRR. But posting as a lot of it is a pretty interesting take. The meat being CCP based in Taiwan itself...I don't know China geography, I don't know if it makes sense they'd need to be on an island (USSR gov't sure wasn't, for many decades).
Note that there are indeed two CCP factions: 1. The "old guard" globalist faction allied with WEF/Davos/US Deep State led by 2 previous leaders prior to Xi, and 2. the CCP nationalist faction led by Xi who appears to have control over most of the PLA; We know that the globalist CCP faction has been operating out of Taiwan for decades undercover of U.S. military protection, but I had not considered that it was their "fortress" until now.
I always suspected that Hong Kong was the CCP globalist "fortress" and Taiwan was more of a backup, but Hong Kong went down without a wimper surprisingly. Possibly much more to THAT story. Why else would they do a "one country, two systems BS" for Hong Kong. Never made any sense to me.
When Chiang fled to Taiwan he took with him the Green Gang. Could the Green Gang be the common thread between "Fortress Taiwan' as the author sees it and the CCP on the mainland? Secret Societies have always been a thing in China. Could the Green Gang be the real power behind the CCP?

I'll be curious for analysis on this one here.

I like the way you think
Totally agree ...

Pretty interesting.
i thinks its who controls ccp not the ccp itself
