They survive off their airport deal. My guess is they make up in alcohol sales what they pay for cnn.

I believe the did away with the airport viewing a few years ago because of cost.

And that's just the alcohol sales to the Pelosis alone.

What asset did discovery just buy? It was a movie studio?

How many employees does CNN currently have? Heck, I bet it's under a thousand. Seems like an awful lot of profit for a small company. Wonder if it's laundering CIA funds or something similar.

Or if it is a straightforward media bailout like they do in uNZud.

Wait what? They are profitable? I would think they are losing money. Not having profits anywhere near a billion. That's pretty damn good.

Quick throw some more rainbows and fists on the screen. Get some more transformers tweaking in the background it what they want

CNN alienated the majority (conservative) market. They didn't act like audience share mattered. My guess is their real market was the IC community. With government funding, the audience was unnecessary. Now, the profits are down. We can hope that means their profit sources are drying up.

Can you say "Goodbye, Brian Stelter?"

"Below a billion?" That doesn't exactly sound like poverty level to me.
