My only concern is that it seems that FBI has replaced slipping a bag of weed into someone's car with planting child porn into their computer these days.

And the only protection against that is..there really isn't one.

You can flip the power supply and cut power from your outlet, but when you turn it on they'll probably know and be prepared.

It helps to know your PC in and out, have hidden files shown, and maintain your PC.

But non-enthusiasts, which often the people they target aren't, don't tend to power off their PCs -- at all -- and don't take the extra step to shut the power to the outlet (e.g. flip your power strip to off) which may also cause damage over time to your power supply too.

They're very vulnerable to any concerted effort, and they may not know what an %appdata% is, which probably ends up being a place where it's hidden by the people who would frame them.

In digital forensics none of that actually matters.

What a comprehensive and practical hack!

Kek. I'm going to make a BD-R that is encrypted to hell and back with shit-tons of videos on it that has all sorts of messed up names like "six year old cutie in blue dress.mkv" etc etc... And all the videos are just rick-roll resized and re-processed over and over again so the files are all different sizes and dates etc.

They'll spend a months worth of NSA CPU time to break the encryption just to watch rick-roll. :)

And the passkey will be "I am not a pedophile, pig".

Had I not had backups of my hard drive the government would have been successful in wiping my drives when they hacked my computer. I have supposedly 4 FBI investigations ongoing since Sep 2018 after a Veterans Administration administrators/doctor/Chief of Staff tried to murder me by telling another doctor to take away my pain management treatment 31 days after a severe car accident. He tried to make me eat a bullet and commit suicide for them and my case was referred to the head of the Homicide division in my state. Had I not had backups of my data they would have gotten away with it. I also have IT Networking Security training so like President Trump said, "We got it all." I highly r4ecommend you back up your data regularly, update your browsers regularly and have TWO antivirus programs running simultaneously. I use Windows Defender and Malwarebytes for my AV protection. I proved they targeted then downloaded my "FBI" folder and the "Lawyers" folder first, then compressed and downloaded my entire internal backup drive, then tried to wipe all of my drives. The only reason they got into my computer in the first place is because I didn't have my browser up to date. I also have a portable solid state USB drive I keep updated and off premises as well as paid for online backup service. I highly recommend everyone do the same.

This right here is the problem with overly heavy handed laws like this. Next thing you know some poor innocent guy has a picture of a 16 year old that he genuinely thought was a 19 year old on his computer and that one picture is sending him to jail for life. There needs to be some common sense put into this stuff.

The other problem is we need to stop fucking allowing DAs to downgrade the sex trafficking charge to something stupid that doesn't have a long sentence. The problem half the time is they don't prosecute people under the charges for what they really do. The D-bag MS-13 guy that gets caught with two naked teenage girls tied up in a back room need to be actually prosecuted under laws like this and actually do 20 to life etc.

it says production/distribution - not just having viewed/having them on your machine

it's a good move

Sounds good, but there's gotta be absolutely no way computer hackers, ABC-agencies, or whatever can plant stuff to frame you into serving a life sentence for one of the crimes (Child Abuse) that WILL get you murdered in prison when the other inmates find out.

Cyberhawk 10 points ago +10 / -0

I mean really, prison for life? At taxpayer expense. The amount of these kinds of folks doing this...they’ll need bigger prisons. More money. I say give them an option. Life or death. The death sentence would be carried out within a few days. Or, we could flip a coin or something. I know “thou shalt not kill”, but this isn’t murder I don’t think. It’s justified I’m thinking. And if they were truly convicted of a terrible situation, should be no option. Just my thoughts , I could be wrong.

dachshundguy 6 points ago +6 / -0

This isn’t gonna catch the big fish. It’ll catch some of the minor fish that do need locking up. But the larger fish will get away with it and this will give more incentive to the fbi to plant filth on a patriot’s computer. I don’t trust this if all the politicians are on board with it. What is the catch?

6
ThinQ 6 points ago +6 / -0

Right? The next we'll hear is "Kari Lake found with pictures of underage..."

7
glasses2020 7 points ago +7 / -0

people are already saying that about alex jones because there were skethy emails in his spam folder when he turned over all his emails for discovery.

4
Wtf_socialismreally 4 points ago +4 / -0

There is always a catch when something sounds only positive from the governments.

going after people having illegal content is akin to prosecuting wrongthink. idk how i even feel about people simply reposting nasty shit they find online. like, the cartel cutting people's heads off is insane and non-human, absolutely crazy and heinous. But the guy reposting it for some idiotic reason is not guilty of that crime.

idgaf what depraved shit is on someone's hard drive. now if they are creating that content and distributing it and profiting off it and going on FB and trying to recruit more people to create content looking at you, OnlyFans then we have a problem.

GoingCamaro 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm fine with death penalty on the second offense. First offense should be 10 years and a forced vasectomy. Second offense is the rope.

3
SoMuchWinning45 3 points ago +3 / -0

Do you mean castration? Because a vasectomy is just sterilization.

2
ghost_of_aswartz 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes he means castration

3
glasses2020 3 points ago +3 / -0

pedos don't last long in prison. maybe a few years tops.

2
LoneWulf 2 points ago +2 / -0

Put them to work filling potholes, or some equally odious, but useful-to-the-public task. Make them earn their keep. You don't work, you don't eat -- just like real life.

5
Raritan 5 points ago +5 / -0

AZ leading the charge.

5
rageous 5 points ago +5 / -0

So all it takes in AZ now is one corrupt leftist cop planting evidence and an innocent person is in jail for the rest of their life?

What could possibly go wrong...

2
SoMuchWinning45 2 points ago +2 / -0

And the police never lie about anything, right? Right? Bueller? Bueller?

4
NicoleDuhtrole 4 points ago +4 / -0

So are they gonna lock up minors who send noods to their boyfriend?

4
Gaterop 4 points ago +4 / -0

The concept of putting someone in prison until they die anyways is absolutely silly, especially if you don't give any chance of parole, just kill the person! It's ridiculous to have the rest of us pay to shelter and feed a criminal that is doomed to die behind bars no matter what anyways! Just kill them and be done with it! It honestly is a punishment to us innocent people who mind our own business to have to pay for these people to be fed, clothed, sheltered, and medically taken care of for decades until they die of natural causes. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

justme777 3 points ago +3 / -0

Great! The only thing they left out is the FACT that this bill and the resulting legislation will only be used for lower level minions in the scheme of Child Abuse/Sex Trafficking. Meanwhile, those in law enforcement, judges, politicians and the so called "Elite" scum will still be allowed to abuse and murder children indiscriminately! The system is completely broken and until We The People wake the hell up and do something, millions of children will continue to suffer!

3
gobby 3 points ago +3 / -0

Does it now go to the senate or has it already passed. Has to pass both houses. Hopefully it has already done that.

3
Wendyrogersismyhero 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well done!👏🏻

2
TDanonDJTJR2024 2 points ago +2 / -0

who tf voted against it lol

2
Skyes 2 points ago +2 / -0

I have to agree with all the commenters who say they can easily plant evidence. It must be corruption proof.

I want to see the pedos pay as much as anyone but they always seem to only catch the low level ones. I want the top boys too. Like all the pedos that Epstein and maxwell serviced. Who are they? Why are they not in prison?

2
ghost_of_aswartz 2 points ago +2 / -0

Needs to pass state senate and get signed by governor

Tears, so thankful God is saving our children!

2
LibertyOverSecurity 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm all for stopping child porn, but doesn't it seem that it's easy to plant a picture on someone's device without their knowledge then they are in for life? IDK freaks me out. I hope their level of proof is high enough.

2
PatriotEazy 2 points ago +2 / -0

So the pedophiles get to build fancy tax payer funded hotels and not die?

Swing and a big miss.

Rope is cheap.

WHO'S THE CHILD-FUCKING PERVERT

1
ThePusher 1 point ago +1 / -0

One step closer to death penalty.

2
glasses2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

going to prison for child sex crimes is pretty much the death penalty. It's death by inmate. The moment someone finds out your a blue bander (snitches and pedos) you're fucked if you're not under 24/7 surveillance.

1
WeekoWolf 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thank God someone has sense finally.

Craig Sawyer a good man bring these pedos to justice. I'm sure he will love this if he wasn't directly involved to begin with.
