im not really sure what is going on in this video. the reddit comments try to explain,

but I'm still having a hard time re-constructing his sleight-of-hand in my mind.

supposedly, he takes already-counted ballots from the upper tray

you can see he seems to be counting them,

or maybe verifying the ballots had the correct vote for his candidate?

he seems to be a bit slow for just ordinary counting. maybe its because he has to do a little bit more thinking?

so anyway, he walks over to the table, with something in each hand.

the papers in his left hand, do not appear to be the same as the papers in his right hand.

at the last moment before putting his right hand down, he turns the paper 90 degrees, which is a common way to keep papers organized in a stack.

he then picks up the stack, and walks over and feeds it into the counting machine again?

but then, compare the stack on the table, before and after.

even though he appears to be picking up a stack of paper, there is still a stack of paper on the table when he walks away.

im not sure what this guy is doing, tbh.

not saying he is stuffing ballots,

but then again, i don't really understand his actions either.

maybe if we had more footage, of him, and other workers, and we can see if this is somehow a SOP standard operating procedure that we simply haven't been properly trained on.

what do you see?

what do you think?
