Allow? they should be treated with a mental expert/institution. Few years ago I saw in some news that a couple adopted one baby and one killed the baby, (beating) he was jealous of the baby cause his partner was paying too much attention to the baby. Horrific. A lot of news have been suppressed from us in the past about kids adoptions. These poor foster kids haven’t had a good life.
