Just because they raided his office doesn't mean they'll arrest him. He's still fine if he can type out statements and he didn't indicate any danger. They were more likely looking for something incriminating...doubt they found anything.

If they can't find anything incriminating, they will plant something. The FBI does not have a reputation of honesty.
