Joe Biden has transferred power https://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/statistics/data/list-vice-presidents-who-served-acting-president-under-the-25th-amendment; The power transfer may last until the next Presidential election once it is done if the person "Acting President" issues an Executive Order or PEAD making it so while they have the power; Pullback of power is nullified by EO or PEAD, so it never really goes back.

Kamala cannot legally be "Acting President" because of her actual birth location so even though the power "looks like" it is transferred to her, it actually goes to Pelosi who issues the EO or PEAD to retain the power until 2024 election

Pelosi is doing all these "state visits" because she is doing them in the capacity as "Acting President"; She might be someone's puppet; If she loses her position, then the next Speaker captures the power transfer that Pelosi has made semi-permanent until Jan 20, 2025, and as "Acting President" whoever that is (Trump?) in January 2023 may issue more EOs and/or PEADs.
It seems a bit premature for the Deep State to panic about 2024 right now, so it is likely some event that is happening sooner, and 2022 midterms seem to be IT. Did Trump say something in his CPAC speech related to being Speaker or taking over the House of Representatives? He must have said something to trigger them.
I understand that the election of Speaker of the House works like this:
A. One party captures the majority (Repub only 5 seat flip away and look like they may win 80+ seats in November as it stands)
B. Theoretically enough Trump-endorsed candidates and existing Republicans would form a majority of the Republican majority
C. They vote and elect Trump Speaker of the House; Speaker of the House just has to meet the qualifications for other House Members I believe, but does not actually have to be elected.
D. Trump becomes Speaker of the House AND because the Speaker is "Acting President" right now (assumption), he ALSO becomes "Acting President" automatically as soon as he is made Speaker
There is definitely panic. Somehow I think it relates to Clinton, though. For instance, through the Epstein connection or the Russiagate investigation. Trying to make it possible to run again? To keep some Epstein-related episode secret? To protect Ozero? The immediate panic looks to me directed at keeping Trump out of the White House. Nancy is part of keeping up the fiction that Biden is President, because someone has to look competent and she has always fancied herself President in waiting. However, we know Nancy and Harris and Biden are all just fronts for someone else. Whoever that is must have the same fear that Trump back in power would be able and eager to destroy him.
