Isn’t it illegal or at least a conflict of interest to demand that security cameras be selwitched off and lawyers not be allowed to orlversee a search warrant? Wouldn’t this be easily dismissible in court by illuding that evidence was planted. It sure seems like an easy case of doubt. I mean imagine the cops come searching your property and they demand you shut off all your security cameras.. wouldn’t a judge sense the setup or at least the potential for a setup?
