Respectfully even you are taking the quote out of context.

“Diversity of thought is our strength” was the quote. They took out the most important part and made it about racial politics

Interesting because I have never heard diversity of thought is our strength. I have always heard it as racial inclusive or homo inclusive. That's how it is applied. I wish you could set them straight! No pun intended. Kek
