Think this might be the Tewksbury Inn. It's close to Bedminster golf course. Checked photos on Google and the bricks and creased table cloth lines up.

Not that it matters all that much since the location isn't what's important. But thought I'd add my two cents.

Photos seem to match the white stone/brick and pleated table cloths. It's also "just down the street" from Bedminster.
