All data is sourced from VAERS, a public database of over 700,000 adverse reaction reports...

which includes:

non-domestic data ... submitted by foreign regulatory agencies

I.e. there is no doubt of the source of this data beyond the historical fact that adverse events are underreported, likely by a factor of 100:
