Of course. The fucking Peads wouldn’t be in his basement. They are the most closely guarded secrets aside from crypto and nuke codes in the country.
The important ones would probably be hand delivered to the appropriate commanders, and not stored anywhere else. Probably they would be all different as well, each commander getting a different one, not knowing what the others got.
That’s my take on all of the military bases trump flew to during the chaos after Jan 6. He hit all the major strategic and command control bases over a few days. Handing out COG orders to the appropriate commanders in person.

I do know there are plans for everything. Everything. There has been for decades. I know for a fact there are plans on paper for the situation we find ourselves in now. Absolutely.
So I find it easier to believe “trust the plan” because of the work I did before. We trained on simulate versions of these plans constantly. Of course I never saw the real ones, but you do training for a reason. You train for what the commanders view as likely future scenarios.
The good stuff hasn’t even started yet. Foreign nations destroyed our entire government with a combo of WMD, electronic warfare, and corruption. There is no constitution now, we just don’t know it yet.
