I'll admit it, I feel like this sometimes. Its hard to see the light in the forest with all the vines growing around.
When the world is attacking your rational senses, it's time to hit back by appealing to your empirical senses.
If you have an instrument, play nice chord progressions or triad inversions (go watch a video) and listen to the sound ring out.
Eat something healthy, and replenish your vitamins and electrolytes.
Have a deep prayer, or read the Bible in a study group.
When the pendulum swings one way, you have to pull it back in the other direction to get to the center. Don't give up!
