Various different factions, and sub-factions all hate the USA, and they all work together, sometimes, to achieve similar goals. But they are different factions, and work against each other too, to further their individual goals.

The CCP is only one faction of communists. The Islamo-communists are a separate faction. Different flavors of communism exist, and both of those factions have a lot of influence within American society. For example, Hussein is aligned more with the Islamo-communists, whereas Hillary is more aligned with the CCP.

NWO is a bit more broad, and accepting of different governing styles- as long as their people are the ones running the totalitarian One World Government that all three of the above mentioned factions (and more) seek.

Islamo-communists also want a NWO- but only if it is run by an Allah worshiping theocratic establishment. Fourth Reich types tend to want a NWO run by the old-world, western royal family bloodlines, etc.
It's all quite insane. And, the interactions, and compromises reached between all these different factions pushing their various agendas often produce absurdities that we can only accurately define as "clown-world."
