This is garbage, the nerve endings in the foreskin are just like any other piece of skin. (Source: am subject matter expert) The nerves responsible for sexual pleasure are almost exclusively in the head of the penis.

Those nerve endings can get desensitized over years of constant stimulation as happens when rubbing against cloth.

I have no problem with getting rid of the practice, but let's get our facts straight.
