I can see this as being established, by a valid quorum of countries, as an alternative venue, to Neurenburg or The Hague.

These crimes need a fair trial which is outside of the Rothschild Babylonian systems. If the BRICS countries agreed to support such an establishment. then it would be a valid proceeding under International law.
