Believe me..it does. Theoretically everyone is entitled to an NHS dentist...try getting one! And if you do they are no longer free and as the ones that are NHS are private too they can refuse to treat you on NHS as they lose money.

The whole of the United Kingdom is full of conquered people. I used to work with a bunch of guys from Northern Ireland and London, they could never understand the American drive to get a better job that pays more money. It's a completely alien concept to them. It was always "Why can't you yanks be happy with what you have?" And when it came to management, they were always so scared, would never ask questions or challenge, and the American team would always push back on what we thought were stupid or reckless decisions. The Brits won't do shit, and if they did, Mohammad is a highly popular name in the UK; the invading army is already there and awaiting orders.
