The court order bans the Government from using the seized materials for investigative purposes.

However, this DOJ and FBI have caused a lot of damage through "leaks" to the main stream media in the past. Hopefully the court appointed 'Special Master' has the ability to prosecute, shut down or sue anyone who "leaks" or that publishes "leaked" information, that should never have been seized, in an attempt to damage Trump.
