What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

i have a major addiction to caffeine. over 600mg a day. my depression and medications make me very tired. i wish i could find a strong alternative
Also , have you tried a short but steady physical fitness routeen? I feel relieved after a good walk or speedbag work out . Cardio is great.
i do enjoy getting out it's just i have no friends to go with and i'm not comfortable alone. thank you for your suggestions :)
