It still sort of amazes me that (because of [their] use of "lawfare"), we need laws and/or judicial rulings explaining what should be "in your face" common sense based on how current laws are written.
According to the principles of lawfare, if it isn't clearly delineated in the legal code as being "illegal," then whatever you do is "legal." This is how [they] got away with "the steal" of 2020.
