So I've seen for many years strange looking clouds, 'contrails' that hang for hours, and excessive clouds and raining.

I've seen quite a few documentaries on it, videos of scientists and government officials talking about it, but didn't realise they actually had legislation in place to regulate it!

Here's an official, In Force Act, from Victoria, Australia. I went and found this after watching a segment from Maria Zeee on this subject recently.

Some highlights from the document:

rain-making operation means the seeding or nucleating of clouds by artificial means from a manned aircraft.

Authority to carry out rain-making operations:

Whenever it appears to the Minister to be desirable in the public interest to promote rainfall or otherwise modify natural cloud processes in any part of Victoria

Cloud-seeding in Victoria to induce rainfall in another State:

At the request of the Minister of an adjoining State administering any Act corresponding with this Act the Minister may authorise rain-making operations to be carried out in Victoria to promote rainfall in the adjoining State.

So it seems in many countries there seems to be an uptick of 'spraying' recently, from what I have been reading.

A comment here from someone the other day was about chemicals in cloud seeding could be interacting with whatever is in the boost juice, could be a reason for accelerated adverse events and increased mortality...

Link to Maria's video, first 20 mins or so is just on this topic - very eye opening.
