The Military IS* fucking losing it
Disclosure: I’m AD and forced inoculated (not a pure blood)
We all know the reason the military vaccine mandate was unlawful (we never had a fully approved vaccine). Regardless, the military pretended they were issuing a lawful order. How do I know they were aware of the unlawful order being issued?
No service member has been punished for refusing this “lawful order.” Failure to obey a lawful order is punishable under the UCMJ. So why were members only separated but not punished?
To punish a service member, they are typically brought to NJP (non judicial punishment). From there they can go through the process and eventually end up face to face with their unit commander if need be. To date, no one has been brought to NJP for refusing the “vaccine.” They have only been separated from service. So why is the military not going after those who refuse what is claimed to be a lawful order? Why allow good order and discipline to wither away?
If the military forced refusers to go through NJP, at any point in the process that member has the right to request trial by court martial. At that point, it becomes very much a judicial process. This trial would then set legal precedent for the rest of the military….. The Military knows it would lose on the merits. This exact process is given example in Band of Brothers when Dick Winters requests court martial when he is brought to NJP on frivolous charges.
My ex got vaccinated because he gave into all the fear propaganda about loosing benefits and your position etc, all of that. I advised him not to because of this exact thing you stated.
Obviously, I did not stick around as if he cannot protect himself, he surely cannot protect me or future children.
Ha yes, the typical “you succumbed to fear” from the people without families to support. Honey, you left cause you didn’t love the dude…. I’ve seen this time and again, blame the guy’s job in the military to excuse yourself. My question to you is how many vaccines have you allowed get pumped into your body over your lifetime?
I’ll tell you something that you need to understand. This is a terrible situation….. because of circumstance. It’s easy for some of you to get on a high horse, but you need to understand why this is a bad situation. I have a mortgage, I have multiple car notes, I’ve got multiple investments that have a completely different set of bills I’m responsible for. You are correct, fear is what drove us. Fear that I was being forced to take a chance on the jab or intentionally force my family into financial ruin overnight. I don’t have the luxury of zero responsibility living right now.
The majority of military refusers are low ranking, newer military members who are young and have options in the civilian world. The other large chunk of refusers were the people at or past retirement. Very few refusers are past the 5 year mark, though there are many who did not want the jab.
Dude, I was dating the guy for 3 months, he was 25, I’m not sticking around for someone who can’t think for himself, protect himself, gives into propaganda, etc. I’m sorry you got so triggered about a woman leaving someone who has tainted their blood and will taint my future children’s genes.
I had lots,of friends at work cave, under vax pressure. They talked shit and then got it. I don't blame you a bit.
Your little speech just sounded all too familiar it was hilarious. I’ve heard it time and again, wether it be about vaccines, deployments, etc.
I’d have left him too if he was itching to get poked.
Bullshit.
You made your choice to follow the path of least resistance. Plenty of people with more to lose than you stood their ground.
Get off your high horse.
Sweet faggot thanks
I agree with you. Your damned if you don’t, damned if you do. But logically, if only you the service member took the jab (as I would have were I still mid career) you are basically sacrificing yourself for your family either way. Either jabbed and alive/healthy and still a source of financial support for your family, or jabbed and you may lose your health or life, but still (with military disability or insurance) the financial support for your family. You sacrificed for them, that is the truth.
Exactly the conversation I had with myself.
Brother I hear your plight and truly feel.for you. You signed up for.military, not the jab. The decision to get the jab must've been painful, and as any real family man would do, you did for family- not yourself. Family first, country a close second. Ignore the downvotes, they should walk a mile first. You've been (seemingly) sincere in sharing your story and I commend you for it..
Almost like the movie Sophie's Choice when it came to finally deciding to get the jab? Just know there's plenty of Patriots here who understand, sympathize w the pain you're going through and support YOUR decision.. and that painful choice simply for signing up to protect the country you love?
Hang tough, we know there's a Plan and I feel it includes some sort of antidote or treatment for those who took it, forced or not? Either way, you're an obvious Patriot and I'd ride with you any day
Thanks brotha. It’s astounding that people can’t understand the predicament forced on us. This is literally the reason it’s such a terrible situation. Hell I never wanted to take any vaccine in my life, but had to if I wanted to do any number of things (ie go to college). To think there are no vaccinated people within the Q sphere is retarded, still boggles my mind that some handle that fact.
