It looks like the gay french whatever got Ron Burgundy’d:

So someone fed her a line to show that alien sanctuary has been taken advantage of by White House insiders. Perhaps by the gay french whatever herself. She didn’t figure out that she was blabbing about the advantage gained by the inside job until she almost finished saying “benefit”.
