How tinfoily an answer you want? I know we studied many factors before deciding where to live.
Think floods, think tsunamis, think wind patterns and think about the location of nuclear facilities military and commercial. Think about arable land, think about water, think about caves. Think about population density, and the livestock to human ratio.
Is any of that what he meant? Heck if I know, but when I had to figure out where would be safe I thought hard about all the above and more.
I've come to the point from IRL experience, that you can bring the Q to the normie, but you can't make them read. Some people have natural intellectual curiosity; some seek the truth; other want to be spoon fed; and others want to be lied to.
Q is not for low IQ folks, period. But it's also not for people who don't know how to conduct research. More specifically, those who know how to teach themselves.
The photos that MSM posts of the "QAnon viking" and the "iconic" photos from rallies always show what looks like the standard Hooters customer in middle America. I've had convos with folks like this and they understand Q at a very basic level - it is a MIL information operation run by White Hats. They also know from their limited readings, certain catchphrases and things Q has exposed. Most of which has been exposed in other forms all over the internet, but Q became the first "conspiracy theory" digest.
There are others more like me on here, I surmise, who have some specialty background(s) which makes Q all that more relevant and understandable. Some are scientific, some mathematicians, business, etc....some are just autistic. In my case, it's military and civilian intelligence, business, decades in DC, and my family history. We tend to be the most evangelistic about Q.
I'm convinced enough of from what I've seen to know that Q's veracity is 100%. It is definitely a White Hat info op. The number of repeated occasions where Q directly foretold of future events is so beyond probability that there is no way it isn't intentional (controlled).
As far as PDJT commenting on your post, I don't see any deep meaning. Also need context.
It's just a famous saying in real estate: "location, location, location". It means that affordability of a home is almost entirely based on where you purchase it.

Fwiw I bugged out years before Q ever posted. I'm not dooming I'm comfy AF.
In a safe spot, mostly ready for whatever, including having guessed wrong on a great many things.
I started planning for myself way before any other plans appeared. I'm just one anon. I don't speak for any group, just myself. Good luck newfag.

Nobody cares if you go or stay. Da fuck is wrong with you? Shut off your TV and go outside.

It really refers to the location of a potential (retail) business, from a real estate standpoint.
That's fine too, my point is that it's not as deep as OP wishes it was.
He was responding to his own Truth, highlighting Biden having to literally take a back seat at the queen’s funeral.
Without further digging, I’d say he is showing us that Biden is becoming more and more out of favor and more isolated.
The storm is coming!
