Russia + china teaming up. Both countries could easily be considered Red and an alliance of their flags would 100% be red. Perhaps we are really going to see the Russia/China alliance come into full swing and aggressive actions against ukraine/taiwan that coincide.
Multiple meanings exist and I definitely think running RED + RED OCTOBER likely applies to financial markets and usa midterms as well.

Agreed. Financial markets and midterms are the interpretations I've seen everywhere. The russia + china combo is an additional meaning that may be being overlooked
I also thought about the stock market crashing, that would be a red tidal wave.
