Composting human remains is now legal in California
CALIFORNIA residents will soon have the option to compost their bodies after death. This past weekend, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill into law that makes human composting legal. Hum…
LOL, steel is made from woodchips and flowers. What are u, some kind of science denier?
Great compost for soy. Get your boosters through your soylent.
Just gonna say- I’m ok with my body being used as garden food. Way better than being embalmed and stuck in a casket. Let my body decompose naturally.
I'm a fan of cremation personally. Ashes to ashes. Dust to dust.
That is my current position- but if the door opens to for this more natural way (and is it feasible).... I’ll probably go that route. I don’t want someone to stick me in the ground somewhere. Throw my ashes in the garden !!
I love composting. But I'm a gardener. In any other age it would be a pretty "green" thing to do, but these days, humans are way too toxic to use as compost. Too many meds in their systems. Too many preservatives in their food that stays in the body. Hell no. Gardeners in California won't be able to trust commercial compost if this shit takes off.
