Curious as to what this has to do with anything? Is Trump trying to fight the appeal? It's not the court where the case is just the appeal. Unless Trump tries to fight the appeal,(I haven't heard they will yet) then I can't see this meaning anything.
The case is an 11th circuit district court, so ya it is the 11th circuit dealing with the case.
Trump's main problem is not producing any proof whatsoever of having declassified these docs. Simply claiming you did is going to be insufficient in any court room. He isn't going to want to do that at this point, either. That gives them enough info to come up with a way of charging him criminally in spite of said declassification.
"Two of the three judges who issued Wednesday’s ruling — Britt Grant and Andrew Brasher — were nominated to the 11th Circuit by Trump. Judge Robin Rosenbaum was nominated by former President Barack Obama."
Doesn't really mean anything in reality. He is the justice to which 11th circuit emergency orders are filed with. He doesn't have control of the 11th circuit or any other supervisory role. This is a holdover from about a century ago when SCOTUS justices also heard cases in lower courts. That practice was long ago abandoned. Probably because it was possible that the same case would end up before SCOTUS on appeal that a sitting justice presided over.

Yea, and two of the judges on the appeal were Trump appointed. Something not adding up.
