It kind of doesn't matter if he ran the kid over on purpose or not: the kid is dead. Involuntary vehicular manslaughter (versus vehicular homicide) is still a huge sentence and his life would have been ruined either way--voluntary or not, his life is ruined. Two lives are ruined. Or more if you count the kids family and friends.

He deserves to be in jail for a long time for running over a kid, drunk or not.

But thanks for downvoting the title only.

I think some VERY bad people in the government gave this man a plea deal to make a national news statement that he did it on purpose in order to KILL a "Republican Extremist"

You see they needed that MEME in the news. That's what he's paying for with his taking the fall. They make him the fall guy, the patsy, and have him admit to this in order to INDUCE COPYCAT KILLINGS

The people behind this plea deal want there to be other "crowdstrike auto" type slayings. They want others to get the idea that "yeah...I could like totally kill some republican extremists...with my CAR, Bruh It's on bruh!"

Because that is the level of mentalism you can expect from people who would be susceptible to this kind of memetic neurolinguistical hypnoprogramming and twilight language. KITE STEEL SWERVE REPUBLICAN CHILD FEEL GRAVE

Like those little goat story sarasota schoolkids getting the Georgey 9/11 word spell

Here is my predicdtion and I hope I'm wrong. He gets 2 yrs. When otherwise he'd get 25-30. He was 'radicalized by the news" and wasn't of sound mind. He thought he was doing a greater good by eliminating domestic terrorists. He was a vigilante not a criminal...they both break the law but he was trying to do good but still killed someone so he gets reduced to 2 yrs
