first i will say that anyone coming out against grooming is a good thing however there is some overlap that i don't see talked about often and that is:
"gay marriage is a slippery slope"
in my opinion the very existence of gay people led to what we see today. if it wasn't for them then the gradual normalization of more sexual themes wouldn't have happened.
do gay people realize this? or is it not connected to what we see today? the average person who believes in god is against being gay. not the person but the act itself yet when its to our convenience we would support them because the are against groomers
to me it doesn't make any sense. sometimes i see people on here bash gay people and people who cross dress but then at the top where all the big posts are stickied you would see massive support from us but if you were to take those same people and put them in a room with the same gay person they would probably bad mouth them
to me its either its all good or all bad. it seems that our movement is trying to have a it both ways. you know. have your cake and eat it too type of thing

You have to take the Bible contextually, not literally. Especially since there are missing books, books added in by the Roman government, and translated so many times it bears little resemblance to the original text.
Why was sodomy considered a sin during the Old Testament? It is because it spread disease. Sin is defined as an act that defies, destroys, or goes against the greater good of mankind.
Spreading disease intentionally is a sin. Having sex with someone you love is not.
This is a case of "judge the sin, not the sinner."
What causes perversion and lust in people? Do you think it really just originated from gay people?
I'm sure some of their culture did encourage it, but cmon, orgies were a thing thousands of years ago. Lust is older than gays lol

The question is, what created this negative energy that people desperately feed off of? Some say satan. Some call it 4th dimensional evil beings. Some call it demiurge. Some call it negative energy.

On a personal level, I've dived deep into Christianity and Eastern religion since I was 12 (34 now) and, while I think there is a lot to gain there, it seems to be lacking something major that I believe Carl Jung nailed.
I'm now just diving deep into Carl Jung. Where as Eastern and Western religions focus on being like Jesus and looking to the light, Carl Jung asks us to turn to the shadow, dive into the shadow, integrate with the shadow. That, he says, is the path to not being "good", but being whole.
This is why religion has so many sexually repressed and frustrated members that act out in unholy ways. If they don't act it out, they project their inner demons onto the easiest target, homosexuals. The ego can't acknowledge it's unconscious demons (too painful) and so it uses projection as a go-around to avoid feeling said demons. Just fill yourself up with hatred and anger and you won't feel shit.
This is not to say that homosexuals aren't dealing with the same shit. Often homosexuals have a shockingly dark, dense shadow/unconscious self. They can project with the best of them. They are often dealing with severe childhood trauma from shitty parents, brutal romantic rejections to sexual abuse. I have a lot of homosexual friends here in New England and this is par for the course with them.
Many lesbian couples have deep resentment for their partners and I see them act it out accordingly while hanging out in their homes. They aren't really lesbians. Deep down they want a man and they want children. They take all their resentment for the romantic failures in their life and project it onto their partners. So you see them just blow up at each other for no reason and constantly talking to each other with contempt. They admit to living in a constant state of anxiety, depression and meaninglessness.
The lesbian relationship is just a political bond.
