I wasn't referencing the movie. I was referncing the definition of a Catch-22.

: a problematic situation for which the only solution is denied by a circumstance inherent in the problem or by a rule

also : the circumstance or rule that denies a solution

2a: an illogical, unreasonable, or senseless situation

b: a measure or policy whose effect is the opposite of what was intended

c: a situation presenting two equally undesirable alternatives

3: a hidden difficulty or means of entrapment : CATCH

There are many Catch-22s going on in my opinion.

If they press Trump too hard on the classification status and possession of declassified docs, then all previous presidents, in both parties, will open themselves up to inspection of their personal presidential records in their libraries. Presidential libraries are where documents are removed and stored to "hide" them. These are not libraries that you go into to check out books. You can't go in and say, "Hey, I am here to check out the Clinton email files. Also, please give me the Fast and Furious docs between Obama and Holder. And, while you are at it, please give me bush's 9-11 correspondence with his intelligence community."

I personally don't think Trump has anything to hide. In fact, I think he wants the SpyGate docs revealed to the public. The Maralago raid is a continued cover up of the IC malfeasance.

In my personal opinion, Trump blasted his Truth wall with all these stories because he is telling all of these uni-party presidents and candidates, "You're Next!"
