I'm looking to do the same when the time is right. If you have, could you provide the following:
- Reason for the lawsuit.
- State lawsuit was filed.
- Is the lawsuit lost, won, or in progress.

Seems like bait to me. Don’t fall for it folks. They trying to track y’all down.
Cornell University fired its employees for not getting the experimental injections. Do not send your children there.
The population of disabled Americans has risen by 3 million in the past year+. Working-age people are dropping dead from "unknown causes" in record numbers.
Start looking for a new job. We have a great job market in a recession, which is not supposed to happen- one of the drivers of this is people leaving the workforce leaving incredible demand for workers, despite the lag in overall productivity (also in part due to reduced margins from dramatically increased logistical costs like the price of diesel).
It really depends on the state labor laws, union contracts (which are rare these days), and where you would sue. Some states do not allow mandatory medical procedures like vaccines for people who are not in health care or if the business has nothing to do with medical care- I think New Jersey may be one of them. If you care about this, you need to learn the laws of your own state and hope to get a traditionalist judge/jury sympathetic to your plight- nothing federal will work because they just ignore the law.
Suing over this just seems like a giant waste of time. Unless you can prove they illegally refused medical or religious exemption, you probably have no legal standing. Find a new job and leave those losers to virtue signal to themselves.
