Highlights -
Section 1 - gathering SigInt must be specifically authorized and conducted according to the Constitution and laws of the USA.
Section 2 - limits bulk gathering of SigInt
Section 4 - says that personal info must be safeguarded during SigInt
Section 5- report by the DNI on how to implement these directives.
THE ABOVE ITEMS WERE REMOVED. There is now basically no limit on Federal surveillance. They can target anyone, anywhere, anytime, for any reason, and then do what ever the fuck they want with that information.
This is the opposite of good news.
