Paul Allan Offit (born 27 March 1951) is an American pediatrician specializing in infectious diseases, vaccines, immunology, and virology. He is the co-inventor of a rotavirus vaccine. Offit is the Maurice R. Hilleman Professor of Vaccinology, professor of pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, former chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases (1992–2014), and the director of the Vaccine Education Center at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He has been a member of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.[3] Offit is a board member of Every Child By Two[4] and a Founding Board Member of the Autism Science Foundation (ASF).[5]
Offit has published more than 130 papers in medical and scientific journals in the areas of rotavirus-specific immune responses and vaccine safety,[3] and is the author or co-author of books on vaccines, vaccination, the rejection of medicine by some religious groups,[6] and antibiotics. He is one of the most public faces of the scientific consensus that vaccines have no association with autism. As a result, he has been the frequent target of hate mail and death threats.[3][7][8]

For anyone who is interested in getting a very good background description of the current state of the vaccine debate. (pre-COVID-19)
While Paul Offit does an excellent job of explaining the debate, he actually goes too far near the end of the video.
Offit's lecture is like, FIRST the anti-vaxxers thought THIS, and THEN the anti-vaxxers though THAT, and THEN the anti-vaxxers THIS OTHER THING...
And Offit goes through, and systematically debunks each and every claim.
and yet, as an "anti-vaxxer" i don't disagree with much of what he says, due to my own background knowledge on the current state of the vaccine debate...
BUT what Paul Offit does not overtly admit to, is that each of these "things that anti-vaxxers THOUGHT", was in the "PAST TENSE"...
AND the reason the anti-vaxxers had moved on from one hypothesis, to another, was because they were paying attention to the state of the vaccine debate, and had dismissed various hypothesis, in favor of newer, more promising hypothesis.
Near the end of the video Paul Offit admits that the current state of the vaccine debate is on ADJUVANTS.
And you can tell, by watching his facial expressions, and the change in tone of voice, that HE KNOWS ITS THE ADJUVANTS ...
But he's kinda passing it off as if its some sort of brand new theory, that hasn't been studied much, so "the science is still out" on adjuvants role in vaccine injuries.
PAUL OFFIT KNOWS ITS THE ADJUVANTS, BECAUSE PAUL IS IMMERSED IN THE FIELD OF VACCINES, AND PAUL UNDERSTANDS THE SCIENCE AS WELL AS ANYONE, AND AT SOME LEVEL, I THINK PAUL IS JUST MORE HONEST, AND LESS DOGMATIC THAN OTHER VACCINE SCIENTISTS.

In immunology, an adjuvant is a substance that increases or modulates the immune response to a vaccine.[1] The word "adjuvant" comes from the Latin word adiuvare, meaning to help or aid. "An immunologic adjuvant is defined as any substance that acts to accelerate, prolong, or enhance antigen-specific immune responses when used in combination with specific vaccine antigens."[2]
In the early days of vaccine manufacture, significant variations in the efficacy of different batches of the same vaccine were correctly assumed to be caused by contamination of the reaction vessels. However, it was soon found that more scrupulous cleaning actually seemed to reduce the effectiveness of the vaccines, and some contaminants actually enhanced the immune response.
There are many known adjuvants in widespread use, including aluminium salts, oils and virosomes.[3]
my own personal definition of immunologic adjuvant:
a toxin that is added to a vaccine, to make the victim have much more violent immune reaction to, something they would not normally have a violent immune reaction to.

High quality post OP, well done. This will be helpful for those who still choose to believe in the existence of unicorn viruses even though none have ever been even remotely shown to exist in the real world. Thus, once you realize this simple truth, there's nothing to debate regarding vaccines.
Also if anyone is looking more into this topic, in pharmaceuticals adjuvants are more commonly referred to as excipients, it would be useful searching both terms.
And there is a huuuge gap in assessing excipient safety as they are almost always included in the placebo and glossed over in many cases. There has been cases were post market side effects previously attributed to drugs (example being cancer drugs) were in fact the excipients.
