It is my understanding that The Council of Five makes many benevolent trips to Earth with certain tasks in mind that help humans. And that they are not part of the non-interference prime-directive. If so, I am comfortable with their plan. We have not done particularly well, dealing with the evils of Earth, until The Great Awakening. If help from non-terrestrials is part of it, that's just fine with me.
