My appendix burst and I drove myself to the hospital. I stumbled to the doors and two workers got me a wheelchair before I collapsed. Later when my wife came to visit me and drive the car back, I had pressed the parking brake down so hard with my foot that she couldn't release it. Later it was explained to me how foolish I was to drive myself. So 1. head falling off and 2. stabbing pain to the right of your lower belly area. Don't forget.
My appendix was taken out 13 years ago. They said I wouldn't miss it, that it's unnecessary.. Lying bastards. They regulate gut flora, which is extremely important, but Rockefeller Medicine Men don't give a fuck, all they know how to do is poison and cut things off.

This is TMI, but I had problems with constipation after my appendix was removed. I have (untainted) yogurt and granola for breakfast most mornings, and will drink yogurt often too. Not that Yakult yogurt-flavored sugar water, but better stuff. It keeps me on schedule.
Organic yogurt. This is the way. Fortunately I live in a country where dairy products are untainted by Monsanto. I had become lactose intolerant in the '90s thanks to that company. Dunno where you are, but organic yogurt fixed me then and it keeps me going today after my appendix burst. It could have been saved if I had had it checked out earlier, but I was obstinate. It was so bad that they had to cut out a centimeter or so of my intestine and rejoin it. There was no way it could have been saved by the time I realized what my problem was. The pain would just come and go, so I would just go back to forgetting about it the next day.
It's taken me a decade to figure out an excellent diet, something I couldn't have done in the short time between my warning and the surgery. Today I make almost everything from scratch, rarely go out anymore. We're trying to find raw dairy near us to make it part of our diet.. We'll make yogurt for sure, but also fermented butter/buttermilk, and ghee.

Research I’ve done said that polio was not real bad except for some people. Most recovered with no long term effects. It was FEAR that was used to drive the immunizations. My late father said people were scared (without 💩). They even called it “The Polio”.
My dad survived the polio epide.ic as a 5 yo. Then At 19 while his body was worn down from war it manifested itself. Because he was still growing he ended up with a short leg and damaged left foot.
Oh, polio can definitely be real bad - or deadly. My own mother got it as an 8 year old child way back in 1930. She caught it from her little sister who one day was perfectly fine then got some initial flu-like symptoms. 3 days later her sister was completely paralyzed and died before the doctors could even figure out what she had. A few days later my mom started showing symptoms of it. Thankfully by that time the doctors knew then what it was so were able to give her some kind of “serum shot” that stopped the progression of the paralysis. Not before her left arm was affected, however. The muscles in that arm were completely paralyzed and for the rest of her life she was unable to lift her arm or have full use of it. She considered herself lucky however, since she didn’t die of it - or end up in an “iron lung” like so many unfortunate others did. Mom never did learn what caused the disease or how/where her sister caught it. But she did make sure my brothers and I all got our polio shots when they were due. Even with all that being said however, I do understand any hesitancy toward getting any vaccine now after this whole Covid vax fiasco. Hard to have faith in anything medical these days!

I think it will turn away completely people like us who frequent this board. However, people who are compelled to get vaccinations will continue to do so such as those required for attending school.

Those who have been requiring people to GET vaccinated in order to keep their jobs or remain in school or whatever will either be under indictment or terrified that their day is coming.

My last doctor almost killed me prescribing an anxiety med that’s typically avoided as it can cause racing suicidal thoughts, brain fog, etc…well it caused those for me, HORRIBLY. My husband had to hold me for an hour while my brain slowed down, then threw the whole bottle in the trash and took the bag out. I’m not so anxious I’ll risk death to “fix it”. This grants full legal immunity for the products in addition to making them mandatory at all levels for all ages (think access to schools, hospitals, transportation, government contracts, etc.).
IMO this is the precipice when it comes to health. That is the deep state going "full retard" on a product that obviously is harmful and no longer has any public buy-in.

It took a while to get back in sync for me after appendix was out. But my system works well now.
