Tipping pitches is like a tell in cards, not done intentionally.
That might be a true-ism in lower level amateur sports.

never happens on the amateur level. Tells do happen on the amateur level. A person wouldn't become a winning starting pitcher in the series by having tells to his pitches. He'd be spotted immediately and never make it to that level.
it's a Gopher Pitch comm.
let's look at old vids to see if this is true.
SEVEN times? SEVEN? SUDDENLY?
You mean, one guy caught on, on one team, at the end of the season, and passed it on to destroy a pitcher who'd been supposedly doing that all his career?
Where's the pitching coach and films? Nah............I played baseball too long to swallow that, and I've quit watching because every important money game is being blatantly influenced by intentionally bad calls by refs and shitty play by certain players. Its all about the money.
He would now have to change his style........but everyone knows his 'tell'.....he might as well retire now, right?
Finals in pro sports are fixed.
I don't disagree in theory that major leagues are fixed. {Though I think in smaller ways conducive to gambling lines and props}
There are many ways to fix a game.... Nearly all of them better.
A pitcher tipping his pitches has to be the dumbest way to do it. The catcher, pitching coach, the manager, the fielders, basically everyone has to take a payoff to make it fly. Not to mention it's in the MSM today which is an automatic red flag. Kind of a stupid plan if you ask me.
You can have tendencies that nobody picked up on and when someone finally notices, you’re gonna get rocked. I think I’m this case Bryce Harper picked up on something and told his teammates. Could just be a grip thing or angle of the glove or release point. Who knows.
Pro-wrestling. Fake but also not fake. Fake in a sense they are telling a story, entertaining. Like a comedy routine or play. Real in the sense they are really hitting each other, harder than we would like to be hit.
Wrestling is really pro-stunt work, plus theater. I am sure this is the same for sports. It is all just entertainment.
I think script writers for the Groomer Steam Media might get a start with sports. Learn how to move the masses. Must learn to keep the illusion clean and unseen.
Wouldn’t be the first time Houston was involved in cheating in a WS.
I’ve long been skeptical of paid professional sports. These athletes get paid tens of millions of dollars, they can make it look like innocent mistakes, especially in a sport like basketball where you could make it appear to attempt a basket making the ball hit the rim or backboard without it going in. Kobe Bryant used to do this in the early 2000s. I’m 100% certain he “threw” games to extend playoff runs so the NBA could milk not only revenue from fans but advertisers as well.
Bill Buckner in the '85 WS comes to mind
I for sure believe basketball (and all major sports) is corrupt and fixed. Gotta disagree with the Kobe comment though. Kobe was a lot of things, but a quitter isn’t one of them. No one is that good of an actor
I never said he was a quitter. He was one of the greatest to ever play. Top ten if not five for sure. But when you play a game that is mainly controlled by the wealthiest of the wealthy you do as you are told.
Go back to any series Kobe played in - especially games 3 and 4 depending on if it were a playoff game or Final and watch. It’s all right there. And then the blatant one, I forgot what year but he mysteriously comes down with “food poisoning” or some sort of lame excuse in the middle of the series. It happened.
Then you have the Colorado sexual assault case. Happened just after the 2003 season had ended. In hindsight it feels like it could have easily been a setup. A way of publicly embarrassing him to stay in line.
And then maybe, just maybe his helicopter crash was intentional. Q mentions: 7/10 plane crashes are targeted kills. Perhaps Kobe was close to going Kanye and “they” needed to silence him.
Well said my man
Simultaneously, coaches and players saying anything are thrown out, and/or suspended.
How the media works.
Penn and Teller Explain Sleight of Hand https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXGr76CfoCs
Penn and Teller provide 'tells' that they are Illuminates.
Anyone that is big in entertainment seems to be. Sadhguru is a globalist, is super excited for depopulation, I wondered about him as soon as he was hanging out with Gordon Ramsey.
Radio play to play, read all media. If you are getting airtime; that time has been paid for somehow by bad deeds.
And the mainstream wants us to believe that the team who once conspired to throw games, was way back in the 1920's,the Chicago Black Sox. And then banned for life and problem solved. Yeah right.
