Or..Q team is eliminating rogue agents and outside comms
I'll be honest for the first time here, I've always seen Patel as somewhat of a larp. Based in truth, yes, but I think his Tolstoy length devolution write ups are exactly what Bannon meant by "signal not noise"
This also strikes me as a possible "disinfo is necessary"
Has anyone ever noticed? Q has the term "disinfo" while swamp has the term "misinfo"
I've noticed it. I don't think Patel is a larp, but I think he is unreasonably attached to his devolution theory (might be because it has put him on the map but also cost him a lot). I was mostly neutral on him because he provided some interesting insight and sources, but I lost a lot of respect for him with the way he and his posse handled the 17SOG issue. Don't complain about Thomas Wictor and then turn around and act like him when someone posits another theory that your readers find interesting, is all I am saying.
Since we're here, I respect that Patrick Gunnels shares a lot of interesting people's work, but I have fallen off of listening to him and Patel in the past few months because Patrick can be an abrasive jerk.
IIRC the 17SOG started the drama by insisting that Patel Patriot was wrong without actually bothering to show how, used inaccurate information to construct their own theory (chiefly the false notion that we’ve been in constant COG since 9/11), and in general pretended that they were top military special forces with insider info.
17SOG is the LARPer some think Patel Patriot is.
I'm not defending the 17SOG guys, sorry if it came off that way. I was just unimpressed at how Patel handled the situation.
17SOG is far more LARPY than Patel ever is. Patel is well researched and draws together publicly available documents in a thorough and reasonable manner. I don't think he even knows much about Q IIRC.
