The Bidens own an island close to Epstein's island. I remember reading that they even had tunnels under the water to Epstein's island. That way there would not be the flight log records of their trips.

They own a 'packet' of land on nearby Water Island. Which, yes, does have a submarine dock and we all know who had a submariner's licence.
