https://emeralddb3.substack.com/p/voting-machines-stop-working-across
Example after example, with screenshots and a video, of long lines of people waiting to vote because most of the machines aren't working at the polling place, stories of people who had to leave for work without voting because none of the machines were working, and so on.
Emerald believes this is just another Steal underway, which of course it probably is.
I happen to think it's also a trigger event to get rid of those damn "steal the election" machines once and for all.
We'll see.
I honestly do t understand how “ALL” machines can go down simultaneously in ONE county! Thought they were not supposed to be connected to the internet
Always a big question for me… why do we have holidays off…like Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day.. yet not on Election Day? Hmmm. They want “Free and Fair” elections, but we have to work
Every employer is subject to laws giving workers time off on election day to vote.
I believe unions and guvment workers have the whole day off. At least it used to be that way. And we know who the majority of those demographics vote for.
A ban on voting machines would have to come from the individual states.
Article 1
Section. 4
The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators. (This would not apply to State or local elections)
Section. 8 (final paragraph)
To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.
Section. 10
No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility. (Not directly election-related but a side argument for getting the States back in line with the Constitution).
Article. IV.
Section. 1
Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.
Section. 4
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence. (This section, BY ITSELF, requires the Federal government to ensure honest elections, because "a Republican Form of Government" means one whose representatives are CHOSEN BY THE PEOPLE -- which vote fraud PREVENTS. Preventing America from remaining a Republic is the PURPOSE of vote fraud).
re·pub·lic | rəˈpəblik | noun
a state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch.
Can they not bring in the military to count the ballots?
Here's hoping. That or something else, even if it means redoing the vote from scratch in those states with paper ballots.
