There's still 394,521 ballots that haven't been counted. Kelly is up 128, 000. They did call the race for Secretary of State when Fontes is only 118,000 votes ahead and 83% of the vote counted. This all happened after the last vote Talley of over 10,000 votes were 80% in favor of every GOP race. They must be scared
