File to delay certification until there is a FORENSIC audit and all causes of action (ex. maladministration, voter fraud, election fraud) through all kevels of appeal have been exhausted.

Sigh. We've been through this before. If I hand you 20 0ne dollar bills and ten of them are counterfeit, you're still going to get a count of twenty. There needs to be an audit. Counting the same illegal ballots only helps the traitors. The fraudulent ballots will not be exposed in a recount.
