A president can not be elected to the office more than twice. By not conceding he has left the door open for Q to do whatever they will do to get him in office. Also though, not conceding does not mean that he knows he won. It's just, not conceding. So by him not admitting that he won means he can still run again for office. If Q had reinstated Trump before he announced his 2024 run he could not run, because he can not be elected more than twice. Now that he announced his run & no one is questioning if it's legit because of him already been elected twice, then it has been accepted as legit by common law. Once Q reinstates Trump, it would also be apparent that he must have been elected twice already so some anti trump do gooder could complain but by then he would be grandfathered in because it was already accepted as legit by common law.
Things are already happening, a PA Dem was just impeached, there\s a case before SCOTUS indicting almost all of Congress & more. IDK Q's plan but I think it will finally be upon us quite quickly

He cannot be President for more than 10 years. He already has 4 years. If he were to get back in this January or later he would have another 2 years by the 2024 election. That is a total of 6 years. He would still be able to run for another 4 year term.
That's how I see it too. Inauguration day is what...20th? on the 21st of Jan he can go back in a stay for 6 more years. but it has to be at least one day past the Brandon inauguration date. He's going to need that time to clean house and maybe by this January all will be a bigger mess (and more support for him). I am major red pilling my family, asking them question I all ready know, like I'm stupid and maybe they can help answer my questions and then throw in that truth full question. Let's see what happens the next few days. That court case will be before SCOTUS the day before TG. Could be a nice holiday surprise. Maybe that's what Q knew was fail safe all along. Maybe the SCOTUS justices could not dare look at an election fraud case because their know their lives & the lives of their loved ones would be at stake. If that case quietly goes to SCOTUS & they quickly give the command to lock them all up, it will already be out of their hands & up to the marshals, so there's nothing the swamp could do about it (except wait around to get locked up)

I dont think it matters how many times he is elected, just he can only serve no more than 10 years.
If the 2020 election is overturned and Trump is reinstated, as long as he serves less than half of the 2020-24 term, he can run again in 24. If he is reinstated after Jan 21, 2023 then he can run again in 2024. The maximum one person can be president is one day less than 10 years.
I am fine with waiting 2 months. Two months is nothing! Although with the current Resident, a lot of damage can be done in 2 months!
