That looks about right. Those old brass era cars were huge. The wheelbase of the 1907 White was around 10 feet. The tires are approx 33" outside diameter.
I saw a brass era Oldsmobile once, and the car was massive. I'm 6'2" and the relative sizing of the car to me was similar to what the picture above shows.
