Comer was asked if they will subpoena Joe Biden:

“We’re gonna subpoena whoever the investigation leads us to subpoena. We’re serious about this. We’re gonna start with the bank records…” [Follow the money].

Sounds like the sitting POTUS is going to be subpoenaed…
