Oklahoma Senators Vote Against Respect For Marriage Act
The Respect for Marriage Act would update federal law to make it consistent with the Supreme Court's 2015 ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges, which said that state laws making same-sex marriage illegal were unconstitutional.

According to Congress.gov it passed the House and two votes in the Senate, the second vote being on a motion "to proceed".
So, No, it has not completely passed the Senate yet to my knowledge.
